We will be exploring meditation\, breath work\, yoga practices\, stillness\, and silence all to better understand the meaning of being present. Presence encompasses the idea of being awake. How can we be awake\, be present to the most amazing truth? \n“Every moment of every day the most significant happening in the entire universe is the radical availability of God’s Presence. Yet almost every moment of every day we remain unaware of this generous gift\,” AJ Sherrill. \nWherever we are\, whatever is going on in our lives\, lets explore and expand our capacity to be present\, be awake to the presence of the Holy Spirit within us\, and the awesome work of God all around us\, and Jesus walking alongside us. \nDates: September 28th\, 2019 & October 26th\, 2019 Time: 10am-3:00pm Location: 9533 Oxbow Drive Komoka Ontario Cost: $50.00/retreat (*subsidies available). \nIncludes tea\, lunch and snack.
