What We Do
YOGAFAITH partners with anti-trafficking organizations in various arenas. 10 years ago our founder Michelle Thielen became an Ambassador of Hope with Shared Hope International, SHI, an organization based in YOGAFAITH’s home state of Washington and led by congresswoman turned advocate Linda Smith. SHI is dedicated to bringing an end to sex trafficking through their three-pronged approach: Prevention, Restoration, and Justice.
YOGAFAITH aids trafficked survivors on a local and global level. Our focus is restoration of the mind, body and soul as well as igniting courage and purpose into each life. As a complex trauma specialist, Michelle and teams lead survivors, often as young as 5 years old, through yogic techniques while inviting God’s healing hands and breath into each life.
Our mission with survivors is that they would befriend their body and consider it a safe place they can trust.
